1. How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, please contact us via email.
Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
2. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- After delivery, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
3. Custom or Bulk Orders
For custom, bulk, or special orders, cancellation may not be possible once processing has started.
Please contact support as soon as possible for assistance.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders Cancelled by MIRA Sarees
MIRA Sarees reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Payment processing issues
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent
- Technical or pricing errors
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.
