Return & Refund Policy – MIRA Sarees
At MIRA Sarees, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand the process and eligibility.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order sarees
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

A parcel opening video and clear product images may be required for verification purposes.

- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide your order number, issue details, clear product photos, and parcel opening video for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after approval.
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a monetary refund.
5. Return Process

- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return if eligible under this policy.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
