Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have original tags and packaging intact
  • Be in the same condition as delivered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from MIRA Sarees.
